If you email us, we process the information in your message to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, manage a professional or pre-contractual relationship.

3. Legal basis

The technical processing required to deliver and protect the website is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, functional service. Communications are processed to respond to your request and, where applicable, to take pre-contractual steps requested by you.

4. Retention

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil its purpose, meet legal obligations and protect the security of the service. Emails connected to a commercial relationship may be retained while that relationship remains active and for the applicable statutory periods.

5. Providers and third parties

The website is hosted by Vercel, which may process technical data as an infrastructure provider. When you select “Book a call”, you leave this website and visit Cal.com; any information provided there is governed by that service’s privacy policy.

We do not sell personal data or use it for behavioural advertising.
